The best Ramen I’ve ever eaten before ! Il est devenu mon restaurant favourite bien sûr ! Les staff sont gentils. Excellent service! Le restaurant est vraiment probe ! However, the side dish Kim Chi is really need an improvement it’s really not a Kim Chi taste
We were here just awhile ago and we ordered tonkatsu ramen. The broth tastes bland but the pork is kinda ok a little bit. The takoyaki is too fried and hard. I was expecting the texture to be a little bit soft but I got disappointed. Ratings: Broth - 1 out of 5 Pork - 3.5 out of 5 Noodles - 2 out of 5 Eggs - 4 out 5 Takoyaki - 3 out of 5 Overall : Not recommended if you are a ramen enthusiast. Better search elsewhere with more authentic ramen taste.
The Frites de bardane was on the oily side. The sauce came with it made it really salty. Not authentic Japanese, but “inspired”. Otherwise, venue is clean and friendly staff. Situated at a good location.
I'm used to eating Ramen and the taste of the ramen we eat at this restaurant was no good. Also if you have back problems, don't go there. The seats and tables are very nice looking but they are made of varnished wood and this is to be avoided in restaurants because they slip too easy. You need to work hard to keep yourself straight standing and your back suffer.
I only eat tonkotsu ramen and this place is ok, if a bit salty. Would be great to have extra garlic as an option to punch up the taste but the meat itself is on the generous side at least. Their homemade Japanese cheesecake is amazingly delicious though but it’s a huge piece so make room for it!
Sorry… the taste is way far away from Japan or asiatique, it’s the taste really for local. The only one thing good which is the egg yolk, everything looks perfect but it’s just pretty weird when you chew in the mouth.
Very good Ramen and super friendly staff. The waiter took his time and gave great recommendations for choosing the right Ramen!
Good ramen, the best in Sherbrooke but not many choices here. All the ingredients taste great, but there something missing from their broth. Had the bao buns and they were good, but onions were too big to eat with buns.
Best one in Sherbrooke so far, nice staff and ambiance. I liked eating there. Good quality noodles, broth is VERY light. The tonkastu is missing kastu, tasty though.
Reasonable pricing, friendly staff and fast service giving they were at completely full capacity. Went in for hot ramen and their options for vegetarian hot ramen were limited in fact one option, I personally enjoyed it but my girlfriend didn't take a second bite of her plate. Vegetarian options: Multiple vegetarian options but only one that is a hot ramen.
