I had two roll shutters installed yesterday. I was very impressed with the two installers. They explained the details of the installation to me and were very courteous. Excellent service and workmanship. These two windows face directly south and even with AC these upstair bedrooms get very hot in the summer month. I would highly recommend K & F.

I have had the pleasure of having K & F Rollshutters installed at my office and at my last three residences. I really appreciate the security and energy saving benefits of these rollshutters and will recommend them for both business and personal use. I have those with remote operation, keyed operation, and the usual corded operation and have had minimal issues with them. Over the past 15 years, there have only been two instances where I have had to request service. Both of these were answered promptly and the work was completed neatly and efficiently.
Very happy with our roll shutter. Cam was very knowledgable, helpful, and quick to reply. His install crew was friendly, efficient and thorough in their work. They left our yard spotless after their install. Roll shutter works great, no light leakage, power feature works perfectly. Would highly recommend Cam and his team.
Bought my house in 1991,already had the roll shutters ,any time I had to maintain them,Execleant service from the staff, gave me lots of advice. Loved the experiance and service. And the shutters are the best ,Keeps the heat out in the summer,helps with the cold in the winter, and excellent for security.

Called and spoke with Len yesterday afternoon as our Shutter Door stopped working due to the extreme cold weather we've been experiencing -40 below. Len quickly arranged for someone to come and inspect the issue. Mark arrived this afternoon and fixed the issue within 24 hours! Very good service would recommend to anyone who wants premium quality service!
I have a roll shutter door at my business. It froze and stopped going up about half way. This was during the big arctic freeze of Feb 2021. I called Len who was swamped but able to get someone onto the premises with 24 hrs it's -40°C with the wind. Mark was very polite and professional when he arrived. Within minutes the door was fixed. Ice and snow built up and it was not closing properly. Great service from this company.
