To edit my original comment below: There is NO possible way this Judge is not a co-conspirator- If it was SO outrageous for my son to live with me- With consideration to the morning he was Kidnapped by WA. CO. P.D. I called them because he knocked me into a wall when refusing to get ready for school- Not charging him with assault was part of the tactic in blaming mom- So regarding the Judge- When placing legal custody with a career criminal- She in fact becomes a co-conspirator- Because NO Judge in America is gonna place legal custody of a child with a known felon- WITHOUT inquiring about HOW the child's needs will be met... Robert Dubois is using correct legal language when he uses the word "Kidnapping" if his case at all resembled mine- In 2012 Judge Rini awarded child custody to an indigent felon with no record of employment- They have no regard for the law- We are surrounded by corruption and they have scarred us for life- Do not rely on a public defender in this city- You MUST hire your own attorney- IF you're lucky enough to keep your job while enduring incredible human torture- This man's comments are completely accurate- THANK YOU ROBERT for posting- They are torturing children for MONEY

The judge does not uphold the law or the constitution of the USA he is bought and paid for and does not uphold the law he was untrusted to enforce they condone the lawless practices of cps kiddnappers which makes them just as corrupt and dishonest as any other felon criminal except they have imunity and are not accountable for the crimes the commit on society as if they do no wrong we will all have to stand before god and give account of our lives I can stand proud I doubt they will stand at all.
