Just Smokin' Barbecue

10/10 for a first experience. Waitress was super kind as well. We ate so fast couldn’t snap a picture of our food but highly recommend a sampler platter if you’re not sure what to get. Surprisingly the turkey was one of our favorites! Brisket, spot on! Perfect portion to share and got the baked beans and dill pickle potato salad on the side. Very pleasant experience!

If you have not been here yet, get here it is a must. Looks like they had Reverse flow offset BBQ. The best BBQ you will get anywhere near Waukesha county. The meats are prepared beautifully. The brisket, pork belly and ribswe had them drywere juicy and seasoned well. I am not a BBQ sauce lover but my favorite was the gold! Yummy!! And if you don’t like Smokey foods it sounds like they have a ton of other things to choose from!

Went in on a whim as I am new to the area. Ordered the 3-meat sampler. Oh My Goodness! The pulled chicken and pulled pork were juicy, moist, and full of smoky flavors. They actually let the meat BE the meat. They didn’t over season it, didn’t add sauce on it, they just let it stand by itself and that is what it does. Yes, they do have sauces, which were good in their own right, the meats were outstanding. The brisket was lean where it is suppose to be and fatty where it needed to be but dry is not in its vocabulary. Granted, I only had the meats, they were great and I’m sure their sides will be good, Definitely will try them next time!

Food was extremely good 10/10! Cornbread was the best I’ve ever tased. I ordered a 3 meat plate with sausage, pork belly, & corn beef. The pork belly was so buttery it melted in ur mouth & corn beef was good with classic bbq sauce they sell. Highly recommend definitely will be going back.

The food was excellent! The brisket was tender, and the mac and cheese was just the right amount of cheese. Also, the cornbread is to die for. Definitely going back again soon!

Went for lunch on a Saturday for our first visit. I had the pulled pork sandwich and my wife had the beef brisket sadwich, both were awesome. We both got cheese potatoes, I loved them as they have just enough spice....my wife thought they were too cheesy; is too much cheese possible? Not for me! Anyways, both meals were great and the people working were very friendly....we will be back!

Just smokin barbecue is the best damn barbecue place I ever been to and that’s saying a lot. I’m from Texas so I’m used to good company barbecue and Terry blacks barbecue and I’ve been to Austin, Nashville and Houston for barbecue. The service is awesome. The owner is awesome and the sauces are damn good. We come every week and every weekend sometimes two days in a row that’s how good it is

1st time customer definitely will not be the last! I had a full rack of ribs and wife had a pulled pork sandwich,ribs just fell off the bones sauce was just wright spicy good kick! Wife loved her sandwich and fries only bad thing I have to say is that they were out of mozzarella wraps. The mistake I made was making it to go, smelled so good all the way home lol next time I will eat there

If you like amazing bbq, then I highly recommend Just Smokin’. They have a variety of homemade sides in addition to incredibly delicious meats like beef brisket and pork belly.

I only tried the Friday fish fry and it was amazing! The service was fast and friendly and the food was excellent! Everything was fresh and flavorful. These are some of the best potato pancakes around, in my opinion! I’m really impressed and will definitely be back for fish fry. Will update when I try the BBQ, but it smelled amazing. Thanks for the great food and great service!
