Just Roses Flowers & More

Today my daughter received balloons for her 5th birthday. The guy gave her the balloons she got so excited she let go of them and away the balloons go into the sky. (I would have gave one star due to them not being on weights or something. Can't expect a 5 year old to hold on to balloons.) As the guy drove away he said come by the shop and we will figure it out. We got the and they totally remade the whole order. I was not expecting that. Plus he also gave my boy a gallon. What was horrible turned into very good service from the staff.

Horrible, horrible place!! Horrible customer service. Wanted to send my mom flowers for mother days. She wanted me to just give her money and run my card and said the arrangements they had on the cooler where not the ones on the website and she had no time to tell me what they had. Then hung up on me. Stop giving people like this your time and money.

Two issues: 1) Flowers came to my mother without the card. So she had no idea who they came from and had to ask me. 2) I used their website and the very next day I had over $700 I fraudulent credit card charges on my debit card. It was the only website I used my debit card on recently. Fortunately Bank of America caught all but the first $75. So yeah one star, one police report and one fraud investigation.

As an out of state potential purchaser I rely on recent reviews to make a decision on placing an order. Because of your recent reviews I have chosen to order flowers from a competitor. Customer service counts !
