I loved all the toppings and options they have, but I agree with some other reviews that it ended up tasting bland…I added 2 kinds of sauce and it was just missing something. I want to try it out again before deciding if it was what I chose or if they need to work on their flavors
It used to be good… I got a 3 protein poke to go to have it in a park. The rice was hot when the lady was putting it in the bowl, I could see the steam, I didn’t say anything because I was too excited. When I received my bowl, I could feel the bottom being very hot. Later on when I I started eating I was struggling to finish it as I was not liking the taste. I was super hungry so I ate through it halfway but then I realized it’s not fresh and it is giving me nausea. Wish I was still in the shop, cos I would have requested a refund! Not coming back!
Little disappointed about the portion of the poke, the bowl is shallow. Especially the miso soup, very small cup without any tofu and it cost 2 dollars. Fish was ok but not too impressed.
It's a bit hard to find the entrance. It's on the first floor and the entrance is under a yellow sign facing the road. Very fresh poké. The portion of everything is pretty small, but the quality is top notch. Best poké I have had in a while. I got a small bowl with add-ons for $18.
Great Poke place. Clean ingedients. There is parking and the cost is reasonable for the food that you get. The staff is efficient and during lunch time, they move through the line fairly quickly. They are adding a couple restaurants and ice cream shop in the same space so it might get a little busier.
I'm not really one to judge poké in general, as I can count on my hand how many times I've had it. However, the lady that helped me here was 5 star service. She helped me with ordering when the menu was confusing me and helped me create a bowl that was amazing and to my taste. I don't like spicy food and pretty much only like raw salmon no other raw fish. I love seaweed though and teriyaki sauce so she let me sample the sauce and make sure I like it before I ordered.
They have a lot of options and toppings, but honestly, after loading my poke with so many things, it tasted so bland!!! I’m just wondering why…. I totally thought i have lost my sense of smell until i tried another food that day, and well, i still had it lol. Very nice and friendly staff.
I actually make my own poke at home, so I can confidently say this is pretty good! I usually only like places that have the fish marinated so the fish gets the flavor but this place actually gets away without marinating the fish! I had the yuzu ponzu sauce and it was pretty flavorful. The price is pretty good for the amount of food you get, and the main thing I like is that there are SO many options.
This is a great spot for poke if you are vegetarian because they have tofu and sweet potato as protein options and you can choose many toppings like edamame and mango too. The stand is in an open food court area in a newer building in Bellevue where a liquid nitrogen ice cream place will be opening soon along with another food vendor. There are many places to sit and the poke is fresh and delicious. My dining companions had the tuna poke and found it tasty as well.
First time handing out a 2/5. I ordered my food ahead and should have checked it in the store before walking out. The rice was still too hot and it half cooked all my fish, was not expecting this from a Just Poke. I used to work at one and our #1 policy was make sure the rice is not too hot. Was really bummed since it was not what I wanted.
