Brilliant place. The host was very accommodating and proud of his place. The food was absolutely gorgeous more than fairly priced and healthy portions. Possibly the best place I have eaten. Totally authentic Polish food which is amazing and hearty. Can't recommend this place enough.
We reserved for 18:00 on a sunday. However, despite saying it is open, when we arrived all the lights were off and after calling we heard the phone ringing inside the empty building. Unfortunate

This place used to be great and served really traditional and Polish dishes they way a Polish grandma would cook them. In October 2017, they changed the cook. I went there twice since the change and I'm very disappointed. The menu now has 5 gourmet main dishes, where one is just a meat-free version of another one. Most dishes have nothing to do with Polish cuisine sole with lemon risotto - seriously?. The only really Polish food are two soup options. If you just want some random food because you're hungry, it's fine, but don't expect to have a Polish food experience.
I'm a huge fan of Polish food. A group of six of us went along to Baba Yaga in Sunday night and I'm still full almost 24 hours later you'll have to excuse that I don't remember the names of the meals. I had the cheese starter which was delicious whilst we shared two bowls full of pierogi between us. This was almost enough to fill me. I had the placek for my main. Again it was delicious. The top layer was perfectly crispy whilst the bottom layer had soaked up all the flavour. The staff were really friendly and are clearly passionate about their little enterprise. I look forward to going back soon!
Fantastic place with amazing customer service, my friend had a chicken salad and I had a banana crepe with chocolate both were delicious with great strong coffee. My friend forgot to pay and we accidentally walked out until the man caught up just outside, this was slightly embarrassing but the man was understanding that we just forgot and I will definitely be returning even after this.
Great place for Polish people who miss food back home but also for people who aren't familiar with Polish cuisine. Owner very friendly too. I recommend the żurek.
The food is good and tasty and according to my polish friend it is very authentic. The wait can be long so it's not somewhere I'd go in a hurry.
I called to reserve the day prior. 10 ppl. Walked 40 minutes, got the place, it was closed. Polish restaurant in a foreign country, hyped up my friend about it and.... its closed. Pocalujcie mnie w dupe.
