Just In Time Accounting Svc

Beware! We had the worst accounting / tax experience of a lifetime when we worked with Mike Lawen of Just In Time Accounting Service. He told us he would file our return electronically, but he did not. Not until 4 months after our returns were supposed to be filed. We were contacted by the Child Tax Credit agency, demanding a refund. When we asked why and they told us that we had not filed our return. We contacted Mike and he said"I'll get back to you". After some mumbo-jumbo about a bogus confirmation #, he admitted he had not yet filed our return. Once our return was finally filed, my return was assessed and he had made a mistake plus there were late fees and interest. 9 months later I was reassessed and we owed more money plus late fees plus interest. I wrote Mike to ask for a refund but he declined with a response of "see you in court". This man is not to be trusted!
