I was visiting from out of town and looking pretty shaggy. Karen was nice enough to fit me in and clean me up. Not only that, she called at 7pm to confirm the appointment for the next day. Great service. Looking sharp now.
Perhaps the hairdressers here are good, but the short-haired blonde woman at the reception ruined the whole impression of the salon. My husband and I came to this salon on April 2 and wanted to get his hair cut, she chatted nicely on the phone and said that she didn’t have time for us that day. We asked if it was possible to make an appointment for the next day, but she ignored us and continued to talk on the phone. Change the receptionist and everything will be fine.
I love going here because the owner does such an amazing job. She is very thorough and the value is excellent. The service is personable and the experience genuinely enjoyable. It feels like what going to a barber must have felt like when they were the social centre of a community. Can't wait for my hair to get longer again.
I tried to book a hair cut and I just kept getting the run around. They never got back to me. I used to go here all the time,but I guess I'll spend my money elsewhere.
Karen does an amazing job every visit with both mine and my sons hair! The only place we will go in trail. I highly recommend her. Excellent prices as well! 10/10 would recommend
