I found this cremation service exceptional. My husband did not want a formal funeral and only a celebration of life with having his ashes spread over Lake Ontario. Eric was professional, empathetic and took care of all the details seamlessly. I highly recommend their services.
Dad died on a Sunday morning in a long term care home in Burlington. I was left to my own devices to make immediate arrangements. I had walked by Just Cremation's office many times on Brant Street. I always knew they'd be my first call when I needed a cremation service. Eric responded to my voicemail within a few minutes and arranged the pick up within an hour or so. I was, and continue to be, impressed by the level of service, compassion, professionalism and empathy of this family run business. I'm so glad I chose them.
We wanted a basic cremation for my stepfather, and have our own private arrangements. Eric has been absolutely astounding and sensitive, ensuring we fully understand every line item and received zero pressure to up sell any additional services we don't require. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone, to feel that you're in excellent hands during a difficult time
My mom passed away on June 15th 22 we went to just cremations because my mother wanted to keep it simple Eric was wonderful Did not try to upsell anything explained everything to us in detail and was very professional I would highly recommend their services.
