In comparison to other franchise branches I find this restaurant to be slightly less generous on the side than other J.J's. The wings are good and are proportionate to other J.J's.. Good heat on the insanity wings! As with other J.J.'s restaurants there is a good selection for kids and adults alike. Bring the kids of bring your friends.
Good food and friendly staff but it took too long to receive our order. We just ordered appetizers and it was over 20 minutes before we saw our food. The place was far from busy so it was a little on the long side in my opinion. Seems they are always under staffed; I'm pretty sure the cook was out waiting tables and taking food orders.
Food was good, but service was slow. We happened to go on a busy night, which we understand means slower service, but usually when there are large tables being served in a restaurant, the server as a courtesy informs diners that there will be a bit of a wait for food. Since we did the "all you can eat" dinner option, it was 20-30 minutes in between courses before food was delivered. By the time our second round came, we were already full, and didn't want to order our third course. Helped us by not over-eating, but it still would have been nice to know that there were large tables so we could order all three courses at once and save time for us and the waitress
Wing Night...seats and tables available but over 20 people multiple sized parties all waiting to be seated. Not sure what the problem is, but this isn't the first time this has happened. Should probably think about having more servers for your busier night! Also, only 5 seats available at the bar. I might not mind the wait if I could have a seat and a drink at the bar! Food is great but service is slow.
went here with some friends for wing night, spent 3 hours there and only got 4 rounds. Had to wait excruciatingly long for each dish and when it came a lot of stuff was either cold or made improperly, and while it was busy the restaurant wasn't full. The service staff however were quite good, they apologized for our wait and made sure stuff that was wrong was corrected.
Well, service was slow. I ordered the taco trio spicy beef and it tasted oddly sweet. The meal was cold, and the other meals that were ordered at my table were also cold. Was not asked if I wanted more water, and the waitress did not come by to ask how the meal was. Overall the food was unsatisfying, service was terrible, and I will not be returning
I absolutely love this place. My husband and I have been on many dates here, and I recently ate lunch with my grandmother at this location. The service is always great, and I love the atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the chicken taquitos and sweet potato fries. I highly recommend it! Decent prices too. Will be back!
There are times where I have delicious nachos and quick service. However, there are other times where the service is very slow and I receive stale nachos. On Family Day, my dad ordered a burger with 0 onions. They put onions on it and he sent it back thinking he was getting a new burger. They just scraped the onions off and gave him his burger back. The resolution was that he did not have to pay for his burger, but they charged him for his pop. Again, sometimes it's good. The norm is that the service is slightly below average. I recommend hiring more staff.
Our server Lauren was great, he was extremely pleasant! The food was okay, but I was very shocked at the policy regarding wing night and babies. The other 3 jungle jims locations I've been to for wings night had no issue with my 1 year old having a few bites of my husband and my dishes, however we were told if she ate more than the equivalent of 2 fries we would be charged 16.99 for her! This is absolutely unacceptable considering all other locations allow babies to have a little bit, and every other all you can eat restaurant I've ever been to let's children under 2 to eat for free, and young children to eat at a more reasonable rate. We ended up spending 7.49 to buy her a kids meal, which consisted of a sliced apple and 2 taquitos! The service was painfully slow there were only about 10 other tables at the time so we were there for an hour and a half to order 2 rounds of wings and left. Our daughter didn't yet her desert as we couldn't possibly wait any longer with a cranky 1 year old
Yuck. The wait time for a table was a bit long but not unreasonable. Our waiter was lovely but it took a little long for her to come grab our order. All of this is ok in my books. What's not ok is the disgusting plate of "food" I received. I ordered the Bathroom Sink platter and my god was it disgusting! The one mozza stick they served was cold and hard, the fries were tasteless and the onion rings were bland and greasy. The only tasty pieces of food on the plate was the ONE chicken finger they served and the two tiny wings. Apparently the fries are a known problem and yet they continue to serve them as they are, bland and tastless. If you do eat here, I would get the chicken fingers but avoid those tasteless fries at all costs!!!
