We decided to take my husband's parents out to dinner, and Jungle Jim's is where we ended up. Firstly, the atmosphere is very laid back and casual. Our server, John, was great. He was helpful, attentive and awesome to chat with. The food itself is quite delicious, and you get generous portion sizes. We got a appetizer to share, and for 4 of us it was hard to finish but it had a wonderful selection of things to try. This was actually my favourite part of the meal. My family tried the Fish and chips, ultimate Canadian burger and California chicken wrap. No complaints and everyone was happy with their meal. Would definitely come back again for a casual evening out and some good grub.

Atmosphere is good. Lots of variety for food options. The waitress and hostess were very friendly. I've been several times but nothing is over the top in terms of food flavour. I'd say food is good in terms of the variety. Prices are a bit higher than average. Portions are good.Food: 4/5
Right from the entry we we were greeted by a friendly hostess and taken to our seats. Our waitress Jody was fantastic and such a pleasure to have at our table. Her warmth and positive attitude really helps you to enjoy the environment! Our food was piping hot and very delicious. I had the quesadilla, another in our party had the Philly cheesesteak, and another had the bbq bacon cheddar burger. All meals were beyond tasty and there was so much food that we all left with overfull tummies! Fantastic job everyone! We will be back for sure! Update: Popped over for a bite this past weekend Sept 4, 2021. Food was great and the wait staff was super friendly despite some crabby customers trying to bully their way to a table in an already full house. I had the Philly Cheesesteak this time, and husband had the NY Striploin steak. Both meals were fantastic and they made about the best daquiri I have ever had! So good it tasted like another!

Overall this JJ was okay. The place is super clean and the staff was super friendly. The mains were decent for the price. The appetizer triple dipper could be beefed up a little the potatoes were super small Overall definitely a recommendation.
Server sat at the bar with 3 others the whole time we were eating tallong to a single guest, no check ins, and didn't know the menu at all. Saw another server take a bill to a table she wasn't serving after those customers just received their food. Very unprofessional serving staff. Food was sub par, onions in yhe carbonara were raw. Very unsatisfied

Fantastic restaurant for the price. Large variety of food that has never disappointed yet. Burgers and flavourful, chicken burgers do NOT skimp on portion size and are always juicy, the baked taquitos and potato skins are great for appetizers. It's always quick service and never a large bill. Right now on Wednesdays they have 9 wings for $6.99 and a variety of appetizers and drinks for about 1/2 price. Great way to try 4 or 5 different things for cheap. Easily voted the most underrated restaurant in my opinion.
This place has a fun atmosphere and caters to all. There menu had a bit of everything, food to drinks. There was nothing "special" about our dining experience so that's why I gave it a 3.Food: 3/5
