Jun Sushi and Bento

The sushi and atmosphere are amazing! The plating was absolutely beautiful, The chef was very nice and checked on us himself, plus our server was pretty cute and attentive so plenty of reasons to come back to Jun Sushi!

This was my first time going to Jun's and it was a great experience. We arrived to the restaurant about 15 minutes before he closed so we got our food to go. The owner was happy to take our order and he made our food. It was quick and fresh. The rolls were delicious and had more veggies than I was expecting.

Food was very good! Fish tasted fresh and the service was great. Highly recommend if you are downtown bellingham!

Jun sushi is literally the best. I love them so much, every time I get sushi anywhere else I’m sad it’s not here. Their rolls are huge and delicious, everything is always fresh! Their yummy yummy rolls is so ridiculously tasty. The name makes me feel silly, but I can’t not order it now. I’ve got my roommates in love with it too now, so we have to get a few rolls each time. I hate shrimp, and I still love that roll. And the sauce! Amazing. The price for these things too, the tuna special is one huge California roll and one huge spicy tuna roll. All for $12. It’s such a good price for so much delicious food. Even talking about their sushi... I think I might get some for lunch today!

I hate to say a small business is bad, but it straight up is. My friend ordered ramen and like it was actually instant ramen noodles? With spinach and cabbage. It was something but not ramen. The sushi had bright pink sauce which also was odd to me out, like what was that made out of. I also paid like 16 dollars for a roll and miso soup and the soup was just miso paste, water, and green onion. No tofu or seaweed at all. Also VERY little fish in the roll. I honestly don’t know how this place has such a high rating.

Good sushi, friendly proprietor, helpful waiter. A bit of discomfort when boss berates waiter, though. I believe it's a cultural thing but no one wants to watch brow-beating. It's a small space and wasn't too busy ate early that day. I've been there before when too busy to get a table so this would have not been so noticeable then. Vegetarian options: Veggie tempura was good, not great. Slightly undercooked coating. Veggies were done through, though. Parking: Parking will depend on when you go. Usually available but not easy Sat. during Farmer's Market.

Best sushi hands down!! So delicious and well priced. The owners are very nice, fast and efficient. Presentation is amazing! They have so much to choose from I can't wait to try more!!
