Great place to meet up with friends or take your family out to. Convenient park right across the street to picnic at. There’s also a cool area to watch water skiing behind Jumpin’ Jack’s. Plenty of parking next to several covered picnic tables. The employees are very friendly and efficient. Give them a tip and they’ll yell out a cheer thanks! I couldn’t decide what to eat so I got a variety.
Jumpin Jack's is an old friend that greets us every year. It was rainy who cares and the food was just what you should expect. They have been there since 1952 so they know what they are doing! There's live music and water skiing displays posted on their website. Thank you for being there for us every summer Kid-friendliness: park nearby, restaurant by the water. Parking: Ample parking at the restaurant and the park. Wheelchair accessibility: all open and flat
Great fish fry and. milk shakes. Saw wonderful concert at Freedom Park, Sten and Marie Z Ensemble. Great location.
It’s all about the experience. I love jumpin jacks! And I personally think the food is DELICIOUS! I highly recommend trying hotdogs, a side of nacho cheese sauce to put on the dogs, and then add a French fry or two to the hotdogs. Sounds weird, but man is it good! Reminds me of being a kid at summer camp. Regardless, all of the food is good, the workers are always friendly, even as the staff has changed over the last few years, and the outdoor, on the water atmosphere is great for summer days.
First time here today. I'm highly disappointed. All frozen food, none was made to order. My fries were hard and onion rings crispy. I'm assuming from sitting under the heater until someone ordered them. I've heard so many great things and it just isn't some place I'd make a day out of again. Prices are good though. Went over to get ice cream and only had 3 options to choose from. Normal chocolate, vanilla, and mixed. Only black raspberry frozen yogurt. Just wasn't what I expected it to be.
Excellent food, fresh, hot and tasty. Great ice cream. Ski shows are fantastic to watch. Always a beautiful place to see the anual fireworks.
First of all, I'm a long time fan/customer of Jumping Jack's. But folks...enough is enough. My wife and I, two seniors, ordered two Jack burgers, one hot dog, and two curly fries, NO DRINKS!. It cost us $27 before tipping! Are you kidding me?? What would it cost a family of 4 or 5! I'm sorry, somebody's got to say enough is enough. I wish them luck.
This is what I'm talking about!! COVID friendly it's allll outside, old school style drive in/walk up joint servin up dank azz burgers, fried seafood, dogs, mad sides, ice cream, fried dough, and Soo much more!! Love the cool old cash register. It's all in the details folks. And it's affordable as all hell. Come here and win the day during summer.
Great service! Food was pretty good also - a little overcooked, however. Having additional napkin dispensers around the outside area would be beneficial.
I am always looking for stories of Great Burger Joints and this was one that Lived up to the Hype! Great Food at a Place with an Old School Burger Joint Feel! This is a Place you do not just visit once. I will be Bringing Friends here for years to come!
