I used to be this places biggest advocate and was a long time customer. Not anymore. Standards have gone way down. They essentially sold me saucy bread this last visit. When I got home and opened the box, I called to tell them the issue and the manager couldn’t be bothered. Emails have gone unanswered. Proof is attached.

Quality and service has sadly fallen. Last couple orders have been screwed up. Contact goes unanswered. The fish and chips have a couple lame pieces of formed frozen fish from the grocery store. They keep screwing up pizza toppings, in a not so appetizing way, and charge $6 delivery for a few blocks away. They also really need to add some corrugated cardboard or something to the bottom of their pizza boxes, it's been extra soggy on delivery. Used to be great! But doubt i'll give them anymore business. Hope it improves!

Neutral rating currently - previously enjoyed this pizza at family gatherings, but this was the first time I ordered myself; not sure if pick up rather than delivery helps the quality, but unfortunately this time the pizza was overcooked meat and cheese were very dried out, and also sitting in a pool of grease - so the crust was completely soggy and fell apart, mush. The poutsino was likewise overcooked, very dry, very little meat sauce and a small portion to start with. May give them another go and see if the product matches previous experiences and will pick up instead, incase it sat around and that caused the mushy crust.

Food was salty. Service was sometimes way to often asking how's food and then won't come back for long time with bill. Even asked x3. Overal not too bad.Food: 3/5

Ordered food from here for delivery. I had ordered a med pizza and a poutine. Delivery time was average but the food was another story. The poutine looked more like fries and gravy with a small dab of cheese hidden in the corner of the container. The pizza was tasty but it was so greasy that some of it slid to one side. Probably won't order from here again for quite a while.

Be nice if management took deliveries seriously and not hire drivers that don't appreciate the opportunity for a good reference. Being around 1 hour and 25 mins late to deliver is too long. This last driver had a mouth on him and threatened me about black list? If you treated your customers with respect there wouldn't be a black list as mentioned from your driver. Also, who gave him the right to yell at an unsatisfied customer? Please take your company seriously.

Always delicious food, but will not honor an online menu mistake. They charge their menus often and that's the excuse I get every time I get a different price vs what's actually advertised. False advertised is that not? Example: They have online a dry rib special with purchase of any size pizza, 1lb dry ribs are only $7.95 instead charge you $10.95.

Easily in the top 5 best Pizza in town. It’s a tradition Greek gourmet pizza experience with a crisp crust generous toppings and cheese and a great tasting sauce. Highly Recommend

I used to order from here often when I lived nearby. Haven’t ordered for a few years since I moved to different area of the city. Food quality has dropped. Large meat lover pizza was average. Not much taste to it. Honey garlic wings had great sauce. Quality of the chicken was gross. Was either old or freezer burnt tasting. Could hardly chew the meat. Delivery was polite and fast which was why it still got 2 stars
