Couldn't be happier with the arrangement I received for my birthday. It was beautiful and lasted well over a week. In fact I still have one carnation in a bud vases that looks fresh after 18 days!

I used this florist after reading the nice reviews...evidently it makes a difference if you're calling from out of state. I learned the hard way thinking I could trust them to do a good job on the arrangement I ordered for my son-in-law's mother's memorial service. When my daughter called to thank me for the flowers I asked her to send me a picture of the arrangement. When I told her how extremely disappointed and embarrassed I was she asked me how much I had paid. When I told her $85 ($75 flowers/$9.99 delivery) she said I hate to tell you this but I think they took advantage of you. The flowers themselves were nice but it looked like they were grabbed and stuck in a vase (a very plain vase). I wish now I would have donated the $85 to the family. It would have been put to much better use.

I ordered some flowers this morning for my mum's birthday, and they were delivered right away. However, my mother didn't tell me she was going camping this weekend, and would be away, leaving the flowers to die on her front porch. Desperate, I called Judy's Florist and they very kindly offered to pick the flowers back up and redeliver them when my mother was back in town. I was met with kindness and compassion over the phone, and I'm very pleased with the result. I highly recommend this florist for their phenomenal customer service.
