Only sprak English, VERY RUDE. I went there yesterday. Took an appointment and made Sure of the pricing before taking the appointmen. I showed the lady a french tip picture. She told me 40$+tx I got there this morning, all of the sudden it's not 40$+tx... it's now 55$ +tx big price increase in one night... I told the lady doing my nails and she brushed it of. I had to ask 4 times to have my nails shorter. 3 times to correct my nail now crooked and still crooked. Hurted me in the process. I choosed my color took the wrong one and I have now flash baby blue nails instead of a blue gray color. Never took care of my cuticles she painted them instead. The tip of my nails does not have full color and this means that in like 3 days they will be all chipped.Services: Nail polish changes
Love my acrylic nails with shellac They have a lot of fun colours to choose from. I am into Grey's and greens and yellows and they have a lot of selection. They feel really tough. This pic was taken 4 days after they were done.
They are very rude, stubborn and do a horrible job. they get mad when you tell them something. Impatient and rough. Zero skills. They mess up the shape, length finish, design and even color. Talk about you in Vietnamese language.

Great place to do your nails, very thorough and great customer service. My fiancée often goes there and is always happy with the results. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're in the Aylmer/Gatineau area but even if you need to cross the bridge..this is still a good choice to get your nails done! I love this place! It was actually my sister who told me about it. She went to do her nails with her friend. It was the guy who did her acrylics with nail polish and they were really really good. They didn’t have anything wrong with them and she told me that he was super nice with her too. So, after hearing such a nice review about it I went to get acrylics with gel there. I didn’t have an appointment but I only had to wait 10 minutes and they took me. It was a lady who did my nails unfortunately I don’t know her name but she was super sweet, very gentle with my hands and she kept asking if my nails were okay and if I liked them. The prices were very affordable. I have seen some places that would of ask you to pay 10$ to 20$ more than what I paid. The only problem is that as for manicure they don’t use new tools every time they get a new client but as for pedicure I saw them using new ones.

RUDE!!! Yes i went in without an appointment but I simply ASKED if they had space for a manicure. I was greeted with the most sour looks from all but one staff who actually answered me. "We too busy!" No problem... is there a better time? No answer! Fine... you just lost some serious business baby!
