Judy Mitchell is just a complete superstar. The entire experience with her was smooth and efficient. As we were buying our first home we had a million questions, but she always answered them with patience and kindness. She was extremely fast at getting us in and ensuring our bids were realistic in the crazy market we are in right now. Judy's opinion is beyond sound. She is honest and trustworthy. If she saw something she wasn't sure about or didn't think was safe, she would ensure that we knew. It was this that showcased to us that she wasn't just looking for a sale but actually cared greatly for us as her clients. Judy is also extremely personable and hilarious. Her ease with us was so warm and open. We finally put our downpayment yesterday on a home that we absolutely adore and is everything we wanted! She knows so many people in the community that it was easy for us to get an inspection, and information that we needed to make the right decision. Every person we talked to had nothing but wonderful things for her superb quality of work. Her team of assistants as well are phenomenal and answered questions all hours of the day and were SO fast at getting our offers in or responses to our long list of questions. You can tell as a person of excellence, her team is nothing less! After the payment, Judy took it to another level and showed up with all of these wonderful signs for us to use for a photo of us in front of the new home. We seriously can't thank Judy enough. I have and will continue to shout her name from the rooftops. If you're looking for a home, Judy should be your first choice and stop!!

Judy was excellent to work with - this was the only home I had ever owned and it was the first I ever had to sell so I did not know what to expect. I had a lot of questions during the process and Judy was knowledgeable, very responsive and most importantly, very patient with my never ending questions! Kayla, her assistant, was also very responsive and knowledgeable. Judy helped us with tips on how to show the house, got professional pictures done and even used social media to help get some viewings! She is also very good with pets - we have a little dog and she was comfortable taking care of him during viewings when we couldn't take him out of the home! It took a little longer that I expected to sell because of the time of year on the market so when my contract was up, I had thought about taking it off the market until the spring hits. Judy encouraged me to stay the course as she was confident that it was a prime time to sell, and, as she predicted, we sold only 2 weeks after that very conversation! Judy's expertise in this case is what ultimately got the sale! Judy and her team made the selling process much less stressful and I am grateful for all of their help! I would highly recommend her as your Agent!
Judy helped take care of some out of town clients that I introduced her to. They were over the moon with their results with Judy and I would highly recommend her again without hesitation!
