I am writing this review to express my deep gratitude and appreciation for the excellent work and incredible service provided by Dr. Judy Chen and her amazing team. Despite the fact that we are not finished with the treatment yet, I am already blown away by the results so far and I am confident that the final outcome will be nothing short of amazing. What sets this team apart is their ability to work with a sensitive child and make them feel at ease. They have a warm and caring demeanor that immediately puts you and your child at ease, making the entire process much less stressful. The actually take the time to listen to your concerns and address any questions you may have, ensuring that you feel comfortable and confident in their care. So far, the results of the treatment have been amazing, and I am constantly amazed by the progress that we have made. I cannot recommend Dr. Chen highly enough, and I am confident that anyone who chooses to work with them will be just as impressed as I am. Thank you for all that you do!

I did an orthodontic consultation with Dr. Judy Chen today and she suggested that my teeth’s problems are barely remarkable; she explained with great patience and details. In the end I walked out without a quote/plan. Some went for orthodontics for better profiles/looks; but from this experience I can tell Dr.Chen treats all her patients for their long-term well-being with a strong sense of responsibility. She doesn’t just want your money. compared to some other orthodontists I’ve seen. I’d give a 5 star because of it.

I was a patient there a few years back. Fantastic experience. Modern office, easy parking. Plus amazing staff who makes feel very comfortable and personal. Dr. Chen is remarkably nice with impeccable skill that you can trust. As Asian descendant myself, Dr Chen's office provided extra comfort in that regard! Highly recommend!

I was referred to Dr. Chen ~18 months ago, after trying smiledirectclub and getting no success. To anyone who has tried a similar program without good results, know that orthodontists can do a lot of changes to the teeth that those services cannot. Thank you for your help. I am from California and on vacation here Seattle for 2 weeks. I lost my 9 years daughter’s expanders key. I called Dr Judy Chen closest to my hotel here in Redmond . The front desk lady was VERY nice and gave me the key for free. She left it outside the office in a designated box for me because they will be closed by the time I arrived. Thank you so so much ::

I recently switched orthodontists and so this was my first time seeing Dr. Judy Chen. My mom recommended Dr. Chen when I decided to change orthodontists. We went in to get my retainer repaired and I have to say that I’m content and very impressed. The receptionists were welcoming, patient, and respectful with both of us. Her assistants were quick and professional. Dr. Chen is sharp - she pointed out an issue with my teeth that my other orthodontist had failed to mention, she was accommodating and took into account my schedule as a college student, and she made sure I was aware of all retainer options available to me, including some my previous orthodontist hadn’t mentioned. She was straightforward and thorough, kind to my mom that’s important to me, and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Chen is a professional.

I’ve worked with Dr. Chen close to three years on my ortho process. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Chen, always greeted me with professional care and patience. The staffs in the office also made me feel welcome on each visit. Highly recommended!

Dr Chen was recommended to me by my oral surgeon after I suffered a traumatic accident wherein my jaw was broken in nine places. Due to other head and neck injuries, timely surgery on my teeth had been impossible. When Dr Chen took my case, my teeth would not meet at all. I could not chew or bite food. Dr Chen gave me hope through the trauma. She used technology to show me how orthodontics could accomplish what surgery could not. Within six months, I was chewing meat and vegetables. Within eighteen months, I could bite a sandwich neatly. My interactions with food became ordinary, thanks to Dr Chen's skill and expertise. The office staff have consistently been cheerful, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have accommodated my schedule, since I travel out of town often. They are meticulous with follow up appointments, communicating through email and phone. I cannot praise Dr Chen and her staff enough. Thank you for giving me a normal life again!

I've been going to Dr. Chen's office for several years now and they are always so warm and welcoming to me when I come in for a check up! The staff and Dr. Chen definitely care so much about their patients. They not only care about you and your teeth while having braces but also after you get your braces off. It's a really good place to get your orthodontics treatment at!
