Ordered online after contacting store by phone to verify some details. Service over the phone was excellent and they called back with remaining info. Online processing was quick and I received my order 2 days later. Bag was in perfect condition and price was excellent! I'll definitely shop there again!

They have good collections of bag but mostly expensive. I have my bag zipper fixed at they're store but find it kinda expensive as well considering zip sliders were used one but not the brand new. Overall they know their work and won't let you down if you are really in urgency.
