This has to be one of the most honest owner operated store I have visited. Jacob was very patient and explained the whole process about how my cell phone had a PCB damage instead of battery. Called few locations and they all told me about battery replacement while Jacob diagnosed my phone and told me that the PCB was gone as the voltage from the adapter wasn't flowing to the battery. He did free diagnosis as well. I will come to Jacob for any future repairs. Very knowledgeable and transparent individual.
A great place to fix your phone! I had a cracked screen and the owner replaced in 30 minutes. After he fixed it, I realized the new screen didn't work well the camera lens is blurry and the fingerprint scan stopped working. I went back and told him about these problems. He was very understanding and ordered a new screen right away free of charge. The quality and the resolution of my images are so clear now. I fell in love with my phone all over again!
Excellent service - got a replacement back cover & camera lens for a Huawei P30, took less than half an hour and for the lowest price by quite a bit compared to some of the other cell phone repair options around here. Definitely recommend!

My XS screen was still working but the outer screen layer is broken not the inside LCD Original screens with a broken outside glass layer worth $50 to $75 if the inside LCD is not damaged! I asked if I can have the old broken screen back and Jacob didn’t mind But I was surprised to get back a screen that is smashed all the way inside, and the screen protector was taken off! No reason to take the protector off while replacing a phone screen I agreed to pay the price he asked for But didn’t expect that he will damage my original further so I can make no use of it, that is if the one he gave me back is mine and not a scrappy old one he had in the shop! I can no longer trust this place! And won’t recommend it to anyone
