Great food and pleasant atmosphere. There can be a bit of a wait but as long as your with good company i don't see any issues

Worst "food" I've ever had the misfortune of eating. After a couple bites we just stopped because it was absolutely inedible. The red stuff is supposed to be Pad Thai. Disgusting garbage food and a waste of money.

Came here for my Dad's birthday for the first time and let me tell you the food was amazing. Have the Basil Tofu and Veg fried rice it is heavenly. And the fried banana dessert melts in your mouth! All I want to type is mmmmmmm mmmmm mmmmm.... I was very pleased. I will definitely return.

Staff was friendly but food was terrible. Pad Thai dishes had absolutely NO flavour. Also it looked like there was so much food colouring put on it that it was practically glowing. Also there was absolutely NO flavour.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This is not the same Thai restaurant from a year ago. It is not a Thai restaurant at all. It has been bought out by Nigerians. I recently placed a large order and every single item was incorrect and tasted awful. The Thai yellow curry looked and tasted like watered down chicken noodle soup. I ordered 12 pieces of crispy chicken wings and received 4 chicken thighs sprinkled with chili flakes. Their menu is deceiving because they have a hidden alternate Nigerian menu and have no idea how to cook Thai food.

Have eaten at Joyous Thai several times. Food is consistently delicious, with huge portions, and fantastic presentation. Excellent service every time. Combined with their very reasonable prices, and huge variety on the menu, this is an overall great dining experience.

Absolute garbage. Overpriced. Horrible customer service. Never again. After a first bad dining experience we thought we would give them another shot. First time they screwed up two of our orders, but we excused the blunder because they had open 6 months earlier and perhaps were still figuring things out. This second time, we ordered 'Thin Glass Noodle Dish' and asked for extra broccoli. Upon picking up the order and opening at home, there was not one piece of broccoli to be found. When I called and spoke to management, they explained the dish does not include broccoli. When I pointed out the website lists the dish does in fact include broccoli, she said 'Sometimes you get broccoli and sometimes you don't". WHAT!?! When I asked for the dish to be refunded, she said she would apply a credit for the missing broccoli pieces. OMG. The cheapness. We will not be returning to this restaurant and will most definitely advise everyone we know to steer clear of this place. Joyous Thai - a very unjoyous dining experience.

Good food, huge portions. Tried the coconut soup it was homemade and excellent, best I've had. Calamari, and fried tofu were also good. The thai chili chicken was great too, and super healthy. Only gave the place 4/5 because they did not have a liquor license when I visited.

The worst Thai food I think I’ve ever had. Pad Thai sauce tasted like ketchup, noodles were so over cooked they stuck together in a lumpy ball. Chicken was really mushy, had the same texture as beef fat from a steak. Will never order from here again.

Place is understaffed. There were a total of 5 tables including our own and there were only 3 visible staff serving/taking orders. It was impossible to get the bill to leave I had to go to the front and stand in line to pay. Where some guy who was trying to pick up his take out just got fed up and left. Which bumped me to The front of the line for another wait. The food was good but a little over priced. There was also 1 shared toilet for men and women and no baby change table.
