This restaurant is inside the casino. The food was good, the portion is quite big. Service was good too, our server comes to us very often. It’s fusion restaurant, not that authentic Chinese/ Asian restaurant. Most of our food taste good, only the fry odon was a bit under seasoned or not like what I expected. It’s a bit dry to me.
This restaurant is good. If you’re looking for sushi, they are not serving it right now. I was dissatisfied with the karaage but only because I have high expectations. The staff was friendly though so it made up for the food. I recommend the honey walnut shrimp or the chicken chow Mein.
First stay at Tulalip Casino. We had ordered sushi here as well, but the service and food with drinks was phenomenal. The chicken karaage on the appetizers menu section was to die for ask for extra lemon to drizzle, truly makes a difference. We, husband and I, had just sat at the bar outside the main restaurant but still had an amazing experience. If you are at the casino hit this place up!
What happened Journeys East? Used to be my favorite Asian restaurant in the North end, with contemporary dessert options. Steamed halibut. Should be renamed to "Microwave" fish. Seriously the halibut stuck to the plate, and it looked and tasted microwave, and just added the yet simple sauce but mediocre. Not worth $30 for this dish! Green curry with chicken. Curry broth and chicken is spot on, but I didn't realize there would be so many cucumbers and less chicken. Spicy wontons. Just wontons and chili oil. Probably the only redeeming dish. Service was okay. Waitress was nice but lack a bit of attention, as we had to flag her down for additional orders. Overall, if you're out trying to make your luck and crave Asian meal, stick to the lower cost typical items, you should be fine. It used to have taste/quality of a good restaurant now more of cafeteria quality. Features: Mask optional
Ordered the chicken chow mein, journey fried rice, karaage, and Bo luc loc… the food was amazingly delish. Does not disappoint at all. Restaurant is clean and organized; servers are ver very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
Had the veg plate with a side of sashimi. Good portions and the veg was still nice and crispy. Had to wait 40 minutes at 2 in the afternoon even though the restaurant was half empty.
Dining here tonight was good. Our waitress was on top of things. Food was very fast and fresh. I will be back. Wonton was okay. Rolls were delicious. Udon noodles were great. Honey walnut shrimp was fantastic. Can't wait to try some new dishes next time. Thought the portion on the shrimp could have been bigger as there were only 10 for $18 but by the time I was done I was full and happy.
This is our default restaurant when staying at the casino. Food is always on point. The serving amount is plentiful and cooked to perfection. The fried rice is a great choice and is a must. Service is always outstanding.
Over priced hot garbage. I remember eating here once and telling my husband I didn’t enjoy the experience but since most other options are unavailable right now due to COVID… I thought fine, maybe one more try… I will never be back! The food is awful. The rice is clearly minute rice or maybe something similar and even the sushi from my local grocery store is better than the garbage they served us here. I took 5-6 bites which was more than enough and hopefully not enough to give me food poisoning tomorrow. I will never recommend this place
The food here was excellent. We dined in for a quick late night meal. The Mongolian Steak here is the best I’ve ever had. Their service is quick without sacrificing quality.
