Interesting place if you like art. I have never understood abstract art. This has a lot of such painting. It also has photos taken from the past and it looked cool in BW. Talking to the people in the desk, gave a perspective of what abstract art could be. It evokes a feeling rather than having anything specific. Further it gives different thoughts to different people. Do give it a shot.
I love visiting the museum because it offers a quiet space of respite in the center of campus with multiple, interesting exhibition in numerous art styles. The Trimpin sound installation in the Pavilion Gallery borders on a magical experience for all ages.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
Amazing little museum on campus! There are so many forms of art and techniques there, plus an interactive musical area. It took us about thirty minutes to see everything. Here's some photos without spoiling it all.
What a gem on the WSU campus!! A delightful gallery with a few incredible collections. Love the academic approach to the art, fitting for its location. Helpful and pleasant staff.
Stunning new art museum in the heart of the WSU Pullman campus. Six free galleries with rotating exhibitions, offers something for everyone! Well worth taking a look if you are visiting the Palouse region.
The attendant was warm and welcoming. We had a lovely time roaming the exhibits. It was not very busy when we visited in the early afternoon on a Saturday.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitPrice for adult entryFree
Love this museum, I am always impressed with their pieces. The last exhibit I went to was compiled of women artists and it was fantastic. This museum competes with the best of them, especially considering the limited amount of space they are utilizing. Their collections are erudite and thought-provoking. Highly recommend!
I look forward to visiting often. I was very impressed by the quality and creativity of the art displayed.
The facility was nice. My problem was that every exhibit there made you feel icky inside. That can be pretty par for the course with art museums, but I didn't appreciate it.
Great new art exhibit space that displays professional level art and it's free to visit! If you're visiting Pullman or the surrounding area it's worth a look.
