Joni's Pizza

I got two slices of pizza for 6 dollars while waiting on the bus. The slices were very large in the picture my presto card is right against it, but not touching it I'm not a weirdo. The pizza is quite good. It has a thinner crust than a lot of places and my pizza was pretty floppy which I like. I didn't have time to get my slices heated up but they were still very tasty.

Intentially over charge !!! They have done this to me and my family members 3 times now. Yesterday, they tried charging us $45 for a $20 bill. He argued with me saying I was wrong. He got a calculator to say I was wrong....$ 9.99 x2 pizzas... common buddy. He did not apologize either. Too upset to even want their pizza. Not worth the stress.

Ordered for my son birthday and after waiting over an hour they said they didn’t get my online order. Offered a free dipping sauce when the combo already came with two. They offer to send it to me in 20 mins and it’s 10 min drive from house so it’s either they are lying about the time or they are gonna rush my order and was gonna taste like garbage. Poor customer service

I passed by Joni's pizza many times and I finally got the chance to go and buy something to eat for my daughter, she wanted a chicken shawarma wrap and deep fried pickles. I was sad and disappointed on the quality of the food. Pickles were cold and the breading oily not crispy as it should be. The wrap chicken had a taste as if it wasn't fresh. The pita broke apart and she had to use a fork to try to eat it. Because of the taste she could only eat 1/4 of it. I have to be honest and don't know how the rest of their menu is but I feel that as a food vendor you should always care for the quality of any of the products you sell.

Not a good first time experience with the pizza and customer service. Wanted to try something new in Hamilton with Pizza but really disappointed with the taste itself. Chicken was not properly cut n cooked plus the price which they mentioned in not accurate, keep in mind they will charge you more 3,4$

Poor quality food, not at all hygienic, food poisoning guaranteed. The meat for the chicken shawarma was from the freezer, the man handling the food was not wearing gloves and was just making the wrap on top the freezer without any food safe paper underneath the food. This type of service is just sad.

Please dont go here . One of my friend was working there and they steal her money . She was working here and they said first the training is paid after 15 days they will pay her for training but after they refused to give her money and they didnt put her in schedule. They are so dirty from inside no maintenance at all they use all the old stuff. Please stay sway from these people
