Only really ever come here for the VLT but last time I was there I happened to notice a woman in an electric wheelchair trying to get into the washroom and went to hold the door for her. Despite this sign on the door there isn't actually a button to hold the door open. Considering this is also inside a hotel you'd think they would be more inclusive. Hopefully this will be resolved promptly.
Had their wings and smash burger last night. Wings were amazing, definitely 10/10. The smash burger wasn't for me, I think without the shaved beef it would be better... Nachos are great no complaints. This ramen is.... Pretty bland. I think their problem is their broth, simmer some red Thai Chilis and ginger in it. The ingredients have good flavor individually but the broth and noodles bring nothing to the dish, will try again next time I'm in town. These wings are so good though.

Thank you for the great service. Our first time in. We went for the fish and chips special. Fast and friendly service. Fish and fries were done perfectly. Large serving. Cold beer. Tartar sauce and coleslaw not very good. Tartar sauce was creamy with not much taste and coleslaw had no flavor either. Pretty good for our first visit. Thank you again.
We recently started going to Jonathan's. We enjoy the atmosphere, and the one waitress, red headed firecracker, is amazing! Wish I could remember her name, she is fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. It's our new favorite spot for sure!
First time here. Had lunch with friens. Great food. Friendly server named Debbie! And I even played a slot machine and won so was pretty happy experience overall. Definitely recommend and will go again.
Food was alright, but the atmosphere was great. We enjoyed some wings, played some games and had a few drinks.
That smashburger was something else! I wasnt expecting it to be so.....large and delicious! The portions were huge with 2 patties, sliced roast beef, onion rings and all the fixings. I didnt take a picture but I should have as this particular burger deserved a photo. I had the house fries and a thing of gravy as well. The gravy was not from a pouch and was delicious and so many fries I couldn't finish them all. Compliments to the evening chef.
The wings here were phenomenal however, the service was iffy at times and the staff won't let you take home the remaining wings that you don't eat even if you have only a few left. This made us very sad as we weren't aware of this until we asked after our meal for boxes like we do at every other restaurant we go to for wing wednesday. Please, at the bare minimum, include it on your signs or tell every customer that comes in. The food should at least be donated to those lesser than who can't afford meals than to throw it out and go to waste. We understand people may take advantage of this but had we known prior to sitting down, we wouldn't have ordered our usual of 2 each with the intentions of having some as leftovers.
