I'm sad I didn't get a chance to eat there before we left. This was the best seafood we had on our trip. We still talk about the seafood chowder, and that was the best we had EVER had. Huge chunks of meat and lots of it. It's not creamy New England style, but amazing. The fish and the fries were excellent as well. Great places to eat inside and also outside looking out into the harbour. Located in Spinnaker's Landing.
We stopped in randomly for fish and chips this afternoon, and they were definitely the best we’ve ever had ANYWHERE!! Delicious batter, fresh and chunky fish, and perfect crispy crunch! Love love LOVE! The eating area outside is so nice, and the staff are super friendly! We’ll definitely have to come back to try the fried clams! Thank you guys!! Edit: WE CAME BACK AND GOT THE SEAFOOD PLATTER, we’re in heaven. Soooo fresh and delicious! We can’t wait to come back next year!!
Seafood chowder was fantastic - not a thick creamy version, more thin milky consistency but just chock full of large pieces of fish, smaller shrimp and scallops, but so tasty. The fish and chips was good 1 piece is plenty! but the fish was a little too greasy for me... But still very tasty. Great fries. I would eat here again. We enjoyed a nice table outside on the wharf.
Located at Summerside Harbourfront, Jolly Rogers Seafood is hard to miss. Heard good things about it so we just had to try, right? We had the lobster roll market price was $26, two piece fish and chips $19 and poutine $12. Pop is $3 each.
Had the two piece fish and chips. Good sized portions and served hot. Light, crispy melt in your mouth fish. Could be a little more generous with condiments. When on a very hot day and was great to sit outside on the deck.
Got the lobster roll, and fish and chips for my kid. Everything was really good and made fresh to order. The staff was really nice and the service was great!

What an awesome surprise! Jolly Roger’s Seafood in Summerside had, by far, the BEST seafood chowder, lobster rolls and fish tacos we’ve had on our entire trip so far in NB, NS or PEI! If you’re in the city, make sure you stop in for munchies!
Fantastic food, Absolutely mouth watering! We had fried clams, lobster roll and chowder. From the mains right down to the coleslaw, there was nothing on the plate that wasn't heavenly. Reasonable portions, friendly staff.
Amazing food. Lobster roll had a garlic butter drizzle, with just the right amount of mayo not very much. Probably the best I've ever had. The clams and fries were perfect. Golden brown, lightly battered. The homemade tartar sauce was so good. We sat outside and the view of the harbour/marina was perfect. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Summerside!
