Very kind staff! From reception to nurses, cleaners and doctors. All incredibly helpful and professional!! Very kind to myself and daughter who needed stitches who aren’t French-speaking.
My first hospital experience in Quebec, the ER staff, doctors and nurses helped my with the greatest patience and kindness despite I could only communicate in English and 99% of the patients are local québécois. Thanks for all the help!
I went to this hospital after unexpectedly dislocating my kneecap on a trip to the area. The staff and even other guests treated me with the utmost kindness. It is a French speaking hospital and I speak almost exclusively English. I was treated with kindness and compassion and recieved excellent care. Strangers approached me when they saw me confused by the language to ensure I was able to get where I needed to go. Excellent service, wonderful people. Thank you to everyone who helped!
Id rather die at home than to go back there!!!!! 12 hours wait lies about when your about to be seen. Sat 3 hours in the office before seeing the actual doctor a bunch of amateur a shame they should be all fired without pay.

I have waited in this disgusting dirty hospital for 7 hours for a simple X-ray the people who work here know nothing have no accountability and very bad service my dog gets better service and care a the vets
They gave me a few diagnoses that turned out to be wrong and that actually ruined my life.
This is the worst hospital, they treat u unfairly and a lady died at this hospital because the service is terrible this places needs whole new staff.

Going on 8 hours now...what a mistake, trapped in for several more hours. 13 hours later finally on way home with family @ 3am in the morning on dark roads. Free medicare @ 45% of Quebec's b udget and healthcare forecast to be upwards of 70% in 20 years. It's not free by any means, we are taxed instead of paying a healthcare premium ...same thing and what a mess
