Very kind and helpful service. I stopped in out of curiosity and was looking for a simple bouquet to bring home. There were none prepared. Rather than let me leave empty handed, the florist asked for a price and swiftly put a bouquet together at a price I found reasonable. I will certainly stop by again

I order flowers for my mom for Mothers Day who is in a Rehab,  I picked this florist from reviews I read.   I was wondering how they would look sight unseen, and 800 miles away.  I have to say, they did an awesome job, I was extremely impressed.   Since you never know what you will be getting or how they will turn out..  Plus they were so helpful on the phone also.  She assure me it will look good ,  & she was so correct,  great job !!   I highly recommend using them.    Thank you Johnston Florist for a great job!!!

Very friendly, helpful, and great customer service!! I went on the day of my son's prom without pre-ordering.  The soft spoken lady that assisted me was kind enough to make me a beautiful corsage in spite of their hectic orders from two proms and other events.  I will definitely give my patronage to them and recommend others.

I actually stopped by and the flowers selection was great, the staff was very friendly and I am very satisfied with my overall experience. Mind it is a small business, not Walmart and they are probably not available 24/7 as some reviewers noted but they have been in business for a long time and still are. That is a good sign!!! Definitely recommend it.

I contacted Johnston's from Buffalo, NY to send my grandmother an arrangement for her 105th Birthday! Not only was the woman who assisted me over the phone very friendly and helpful, the flowers were exquisite. My grandmother still talks about how beautiful they looked. Thank you Johnston's for helping me warm my grandmother's heart from 400 miles away :)
