Story

Johnston Franklin Bishop has been providing legal services for over 25 years. Johnston Franklin was founded by Richard Johnston* in 1983 as Johnston & Company and was formerly Johnston, Lewis & Company, Johnston, Lewis & Franklin and Johnston Franklin. The partners are Richard Johnston*, Blair Franklin* and Marsh Bishop*. Johnston Franklin is a member of the Greater Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce.

Johnston Franklin is committed to providing quality legal services, and to participating in the Nanaimo community. You will find our lawyers participating in many local organizations and community events.

Many of our lawyers are originally from Vancouver Island communities, including Port Alberni, Nanaimo, Shawnigan Lake and Lake Cowichan. We also have many proud Malaspina University-College (Vancouver Island University) alumni amongst both our lawyers and administrative staff.

Our office is located in north Nanaimo across from Country Club Centre. There is underground parking and an elevator. The building is accessible to the disabled.
