Johnson Floral Company took all the joy out of sending flowers! I gave specific requests to Ryan the owner of the company. What my friend received was a total embarrassment to me. I requested a bright colors, full and girly arrangement. I was told they had a lot of flowers in stock. Ryan seemed to understand what I wanted, but what my friend received could have come from a grocery store. The company made sure I received delivery confirmation , but didn't bother to send me a picture of what they delivered! I sure would have never allowed this arrangement to be sent from me! Total lack of professionalism and care. The cost was way over priced! Don't shop at this florist
I ordered flowers over the phone for the passing of a coworker. I told Johnson’s that I trust the artist and gave them my budget. The spray at the funeral was beautiful. It stood out, which is exactly what I pictured in my head. I will call Johnson’s next time I need an arrangement in the Hot Springs area. Thank you!
Best Florist experience ever! I ordered my mom a dozen red roses for Mother's Day while only giving them less than a 24 hour notice...they had them prepared and delivered first thing the next morning. They are absolutely beautiful and perfectly displayed. I am very impressed. Ryan was also so kind and professional. I will definitely be a returning customer!
They are amazing! I came in on Saturday mid morning needing an arrangement. Not only did they take care of me, but they did it with smiles and great attitudes both of which I needed today.

I’m more than impressed by the team at Johnson’s I walked in on a Friday afternoon Friday before Valentine’s Day with no plan really of what I wanted. Oblivious to it being Valentine’s Day weekend I did notice they were very busy. The owner Ryan is absolutely the best. He really knows his stuff and even though he was super busy, he listened to my ideas and created not one but TWO amazing arrangements for me in about an hour. Just enough time for me to get my lashes filled. I need to mention the whole team there as well because without such a solid team of talented people, he wouldn’t have had the time to take with me. I wish I had pictures but they wouldn’t have done them justice anyway.

I live in a different state and wanted to send flowers to my sister while she is in the hospital. Picking a place you are not familiar with is hard! Website was easy to use, prices reasonable. I got a system email confirmation of my order, and then another email from the florist letting me know they got my order which I was impressed with since I ordered during their closing time. They delivered the next day...mid morning!! And then sent me an email letting me know it was delivered! The flowers arrived just as they pictured online which made me so happy!! And my sister I took a chance and this florist delivered in all areas of customer service!!! Would definitely recommend
I have had great service and quality products from this florist. I live out of town and rely on their expertise and they don't disappoint. Highly recommend and I will call them again soon.
Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day - red roses for my wife, purple roses for my youngest daughter and pink roses for my oldest daughter. They were absolutely beautiful. The lady that took my order was very nice and helpful. The man that delivered the roses was very nice as well even though it was below freezing outside! I would highly recommend this florist - they are the best in town.
