Story

Johnny's Bistro is a family restaurant located in downtown Humboldt. We offer a variety of foods for your dining enjoyment. We serve breakfast daily until 11:00 am and on Sunday until 1:30 pm Our Lunch menu is available all day from 11:00 am and on Sunday's 1:30 pm. We also add a Dinner menu for your enjoyment starting at 4:30 pm. We offer both Vegetarian and Gluten Free Menu options.

Come check out our specialty menus- for Seniors and for kids under 10. Kids menu includes their drink, pudding for dessert and a toy from our toy box.

We have a full take out menu which includes PIZZA. Our pizza is BUY ONE and the SECOND ONE is HALF PRICE.

JOHNNY'S FEATURES:

SUNDAY BRUNCH- 9:30 am - 1:30 pm, we offer both a Breakfast Buffet which includes Hashbrowns, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage and Belgian Waffles or a Full Brunch that includes all your breakfast entrees along with a selection of Salads, Lunch Entrees and Desserts. We also serve our full breakfast menu which includes our NEW entrees of Eggs Benedict, Southwestern Breakfast Wrap and Johnny's Breakfast.

WEDNESDAY's- Help us raise money for HUMBOLDT'S SPRAY PARK. For every special sold, Johnny's Bistro will donate $1.00. Since our staff believes in helping with a good cause they donate as well and dress casual for the day.

We also feature in the PIONEER BAR a basket of our Boneless Dry Ribs and a Double Shot for $10.00

THURSDAY's- join us in the PIONEER BAR for our fabulour Wing Night- a basket of wings of your flavour choice for only $5.00. 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

FRIDAY is ANGUS PRIME RIB NIGHT- join us for a spectacular cut of Prime Rib cut and cooked to your preference in 6oz, 8oz and 10oz Cuts.

In the PIONEER BAR we have Steak Night for a fabulous price of $10 you will receive a Steak Sandwhich topped with Mushrooms cooked to your wellness, Tossed Salad with your choice of dressing, French Fries and don't forget the Domestic Beer or the House Shot.
