I used Johnny to purchase my first home with my wife. I found Johnny to be flexible and available to meet around my own schedule. He took the time to understand my needs and wants in a property. Johnny then would book homes to view based on what we discussed and he was there every step of the way. Not once did we feel overwhelmed but confident in Johnny locating our home. Within one week he delivered and we found our dream home. He walked us through the steps of placing an offer and filling out the contracts. We made an offer in the evening and Johnny came to our home ‪at midnight‬ with the contract! He works around the clock for his clients and it clearly shows. I would never think twice to think of Johnny when buying or selling a property...Johnny takes all the work and makes the entire process easy!   domenico

I have used Johnny Nunno as my realtor for two properties in a span of 2 years within Toronto.  Johnny takes the time to know what you are looking for in a property and appropriately delivers. He is always available to communicate face to face, via email and text. Johnny is extremely knowledgeable and approachable making the process of purchasing a home stress free. I purchased a rental property in 2015 and Johnny made the process effortless. He found the tenants, provided the rental contract and had the tenants provide 12 post-dated cheques. Johnny made being a landlord easygoing. Currently, I purchased a home with my husband and of course we used Johnny. He took us to many properties all around the GTA.  He sold our home within 4 days and we found and purchased our new home within one week all staying within budget!!
