They definitely need help. One woman was doing all the work for the bar/restaurant.
Food was decent enough. Staff was patchy. Some were excellent and others it was more important to smoke a cigarette than waiting on me. Pool tables have a slant and tight places to shoot.

The bartender was awesome, the people we're friendly. It's a hole in the wall but the burgers we're amazing and drinks were fairly priced. I went there 2 out of my 3 nights in town so it was worth it.
Didn't kill me.
