Very nice and knowledgeable, but too expensive. Cost me $250 for 20 minutes to replace two hot/cold shut off valves for Faucet ( faucet already installed). The parts costs less than $17 and is very easy job to do. He wouldn't negotiate at all. I also asked how much to install sink and told me would be $400 on top of $250 of faucet valve replacement... I strongly suggest that people get actual rough estimate quotes for a job and pick the best one. John the plumber wouldn't give a quote until they show up at appointment. If you say no too expensive, they will be asking $40 for there time, which is pretty normal and standard.

They came quickly, were polite and knowledgeable. I had just moved and could not find the valve to open the outdoor water. They not only found it but ensured that all the pipes and valves were working and in good order. Thank you very much.

As always, above and beyond! This is my second time having John the Plumber in to fix some plumbing issues and they are truly the best. Denis came in and fixed our leaky kitchen faucet and immediately noticed a small issue that could have turned into a huge problem if overlooked. It was a quick, easy fix and he took care of it 'on the house'. Denis was clean, professional and new his trade. I would highly recommend this company over any others for any plumbing needs.
