John Procenko Real Estate Team

I met John 9 years ago when I started house hunting. He was the listing agent on a place I was looking at. Although the house in question did not end up being the right one, I knew right off the bat that John and his team would be “the” real estate team for me. His friendly and easy-going personality makes you feel comfortable, which is much appreciated when making a big decision like buying a house. John is very professional and experienced, he seems to anticipate questions even before they are asked, and he is very thorough. I even recommended John to my family and they are just as impressed with him as I am. I have worked with John a few times these past few years and he has never let me down. Definitely would not trust anyone else with my real estate needs!

John was unbelievable to work with. When searching for homes for sale, he anticipated my questions & needs from the very start. When I would ask if he could arrange something, he would reply "I've already taken care of it!". More importantly, I trusted John completely. It was obvious that he had my best interests at heart. John's fun personality made the search for a new home fun but I never doubted his professionalism in finding me the best homes for sale. He found me exactly what I wanted & took care of every detail which made the whole process enjoyable & stress free for me.

From our first meeting with John Procenko we knew that he was an extremely trustworthy and professional real estate agent. He gave us some really great advice on preparing our home for sale and provided us with a thorough analysis of our neighbourhood so that we could set the ideal listing price. We got several offers on our home and John did an amazing job negotiating a terrific price and terms that suited our unique situation. When it came time to find our next home, John’s partner, Aris, took the time to listen to our wants and needs and then left no stone unturned to find the perfect house. We found an amazing house in a neighbourhood we didn’t even think to explore! Every minute detail of buying and selling was handled by John’s team so we didn’t have to worry. Even after the closing they continued to make sure everything was okay. I can say with confidence that the John Procenko Real Estate Team build client-for-life relationships and we are so grateful that we chose them to help us sell our house and find our dream home!!
