This office wouldn’t even consider treating me as a private pay client because I have health insurance through the Washington health plan finder and not insurance through my employer. I didn’t realize such discrimination existed and I do not understand why. I do not have dental insurance and would have happily paid for my treatment with cash, but I was denied care because my employer doesn’t provide insurance!?!?!

TEN STARS!! Honestly, I cannot give this office enough stars. They have been working with my elderly mother in law for about 5 months now. They have been kind and accommodating in every way. They have offered reasonable treatment plans in a phased approach making it possible for her to meet her goals. They go out of their way to provide most excellent care in a professional setting. Thank you Dr. S and staff.

Honestly everyone at this office was so nice, from the receptionist to the assistants to the hygienist to the dentist. The work was great too cleaning and filling replacement, and they worked well with my insurance, super highly recommend this dental office!!

Really excellent staff. From the minute you walk in they are welcoming and helpful. Julie at the front desk is very sweet and easy to work with when it comes to billing and scheduling. Dr. Schiefelbein is efficient and kind. The hygienist and other professionals are all very thorough, answer questions, explain what's happening, and are just nice to talk to. Clean office, very updated technology, all around a great office.

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this dental practice due to it’s unsafe Covid protocol. Some of the hygienists have refused to be vaccinated and are only wearing a surgical mask and face shield. This will not protect patients if one of them were to contract Covid and be as asymptomatic. An n95 should be worn at all times if a hygienist is unvaccinated since patients cannot mask during their cleanings.

Dr. John Schiefelbein and his team do excellent work! They use state of the art equipment, have a beautiful office and make dental work as pleasant as it can be. I highly recommend this dental office.

Just had a crown done. Amazing experience! 3D imaging and in house made crown. Fit perfectly and I was done in less than 2.5 hours!
