John Leroux and his staff are highly gifted and enthusiastic instructors. The art they teach is both traditional and practical. Their classes also offer a tremendous workout regardless of your current fitness level. I love training there and look forward to doing so again. I highly recommend you try a class.
A great place to learn martial arts, one aspect of their traditional Japanese style opening and closing of the classes is direct contradiction of Islamic teachings of not bowing down to any of the creation, be it your parents or your teacher.
Very dedicated owner, not only to their clientele but also to their discipline in Karate and fitness. Highly recommended.
