John Deere Equipment C & B Operations, LLC

I understand that at the time my equipment needed servicing that they were going through some personnel changes, but that's no excuse for the shoddy customer service I experienced. It took these guys 4 weeks to get someone to even come and pick up my Loader. The loaner they game me was complete garbage and belongs at an auction for scrap. Even the driver agreed with me on that one. Once my loader was in their shop it took another 2 weeks to fix. 6 weeks later it still had the same problem and I had to through another 4 weeks of terrible customer service and another 3 weeks of fix time. This time the part was on back order but I received nothing but short and disrespectful remarks from the service managers. The guys at the front desk are top notch, but their management is complete garbage. Long story short, don't do business with them if you can avoid it. Personally I would never do business with them but I have to because the company I work for has nothing but John Deere equipment. I just have to plan ahead almost 2 months if something breaks down.
