John Deere Equipment C & B Operations, LLC

This is hands down the worst dealership I have dealt with. I bought a disc ripper from them and they were unwilling to work with me at all once they received the check. Had to pay $1.39 for a bolt to keep the hitch from falling out before i even left the lot. Got 10 miles down the road and had a wheel bearing get hot. They wouldn't send a tech out to fix it without charging full price. I guess their reputation isnt worth the price of a service call.

Chad Wiener treated me great on finding me a good quality used skid loader. He also saved me from buying a piece of misrepresented equipment from a used equipment jockey.

Parts dept don't want to deal with a&I parts when not John Deere had to order off Amazon

Good service dept and good supply of parts
