It is so sad because i ADORE these products but i would give 0 stars if i could!!!!! After ordering online, i never received a tracking number. I called and they told me that they do not provide one. I explained to them that i live in a complex building with 200 tenants and how was i supposed to know when the package would arrive... did not seem to care they told me 5-10 business days. I called them this week to see if it had been delivered to which they replied it was delivered last week!!!! I then proceeded to call the manager of my building to verify if the package was in her office to which she told me no. I had made an order for close to $400.00 and this is apparently my problem!!!!! We are in 2022 and JV company need to adapt their ways to make it easier for clients by providing a tracking number so clients know when their package have been delivered!!!! After going back and forth on phone calls, i asked for a refund and NATHALIE BERGON told me that she will only process it in 2 weeks because she is going on vacation yet she is still at work TODAY. This is unacceptable and disgusting service. You have lost a customer and i will NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever again. Disgusting!
I went there a few days ago. I didn't like the way the clerk treated an old man. He said to the old man "You don't listen." We could see that either the old man had an hearing problem or didn't understand French well.
Super chill with almost no one there on a warm Sunday afternoon! But way too pricey 60$ for only 3h.
The products are excellent and the service is good.
I do feel beautiful inside AND outside when I get out of there.
