Joffre's Water

We recently had a water filtration system installed at our acreage home and we were blown away by the friendly and accommodating staff and fantastic service at Joffre's water in Spruce Grove. We are on well water and while testing showed the quality was good, we had a strong smell of hydrogen sulphide rotten eggs that would always return no matter how many times we shocked the well. So we were looking for a more lasting and permanent solution that would be within our budget and turned to Joffre's for their advice. From start to finish our experience was so positive! They didn't try to up sell, they took the time to understand our issues, they gave us options for a solution. Within just a few days we now have a brand new filtration system installed in our house and NO MORE SMELL! The results were almost immediate. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Joffre's and would highly recommend them for your water-related needs!!

We bring our water cooler bottles in to them to be filled. They are amazing, they come out to our vehicle to get them, & load them full back into my vehicle. They are so friendly & the price is great.

As an avid hobby mead maker, joffre's is one of the few places that stocks the yeast I need to make my nectar of the gods! My only suggestion and or Hope from the owner is if you could stock some more diverse yeast? Maybe some Lavllin d47? Then you would get six stars

Awesome staff! From the guy helping a customer outside to 3 different staff who asked if they could help me as I was looking at my wine making options. Yes they have very reasonably priced wine, beer AND liquor making supplies in stock including bottles! I'm heading back to pick up more supplies, maybe we'll see each other!

I absolutely love the staff and service at the Stony Plain Joffre's water! I lived in Stony for about 10 years but the last 3 years, I've lived in Edmonton. I STILL drive our every other week to get my water bottles filled. I will always support their business and thay specific location because of the exceptional staff and service! Great people all around! You couldn't ask for a better local company to support!

First time in here, all the staff was as friendly as could be. Everyone that I chatted with answered my all questions thoroughly. I'm just getting back into wine making after several years away, and even though their selection is relatively small, I did find what I came in for and their prices isn't as drastic as I thought it was going to be. If you're like me and it feels like the walls are forming in on your because of this pandamic, maybe it's time to start a new hobby....wine, liquor or beer making anyone?!!!

Bought replacement membrane filter for my r.o system for my house. Was charged 80$ for one filter and 49 for the other three. Found the identical filter that I was charged 80$ for on Amazon for 22$. Do your research and don’t waste your money here on majorly overpriced filters.

The staff at joffrey waters is excellent you don't have to bring your empty bottle in to get filled the staff will get them for you the staff will bring your full bottle of water out for you And it's a great place to get your brewing supplies for beer and wine

The guys Joffrey's sent to install our water filters in onoway were absolutely great. Tight space to fit 3 huge filters in our utility closet and they made it work. ***And look clean and organized! Any issues and these guys show up right when they are called. Even came back a second time same day because we couldn't figure out a simple issue with a seal. Kind, informative installers, dedicated to their work and reputation. Would recommend 100%. We now have clean drinking water on an acreage outside of Onoway for under $3000. Who would've thought! Support local!

Been buying water from there for years, always good service, guys are extremely helpful. But the last batch of water we got I noticed a chlorine smell, never had that before. When I dumped the bottle out the smell was really strong..maybe they needed to check their filters more.. other than that, have never had a problem..
