Outstanding Service time and time again. I’ve lived in California, Georgia, Ohio, and Maine and Joe’s Mechanical is one of the best HVAC services ever encountered because of their Honesty and Professional Work Ethic. During Late Summer/Early Autumn of 2019, Grayless Heating and Cooling serviced the home twice within 30 days and did not deal with root cause of issue hence the upstairs HVAC System and Gas Furnace was ineffective in warming the entire upstairs section of the house. I then contacted Joe’s Mechanical & a Service Technician immediately addressed the issue of a Defective Blower Motor within the Gas Furnace on the 2nd Level. The new part was retrieved from a local warehouse, delivered to the home, and installed that evening. During the 2020 Spring Maintenance Service Visit - Leaky Service Valves and a Defective Thermostat were discovered with the 2nd HVAC system. The AC Service Valves were obtained and replaced promptly along with new Freon being reloaded in the system, and now the unit runs flawlessly as it did on the very first day. The New Thermostat was obtained and installed at a very reasonable cost with a Free 5 Year+ Warranty covering both Thermostat and Labor if there is ever a problem with the unit within that time frame. Professionalism, Honesty, and Integrity - these words truly explain the Service you will receive from Joe’s Mechanical time and time again!

I used their website contact form to request service to replace the filter for my on-demand hot water system. Joe's called me the next day to schedule timely, kept in contact with text notifications for service date reminder, when the tech was on the way, and service completion. The service techs were professional and the billing was fairly priced for the service. Joe's Mechanical will be my first call for future needs.

Darrick is very knowledgeable about HVAC and plumbing installations and gets the job done right the first time. They are also very dependable and courteous.
