What a great place... Every staff member welcomed us with a "good morning" and bid us good day when we left. The food was excellent and was prepared fresh for us... one order at a time! The coffee was freshly ground for every pot. What a great spot! The only regret is that it took me 13 years to come here! Not a great group place as there is only counter service but awesome for a few people in a group 1-5. It takes a bit longer to get your order than other restaurants BUT... it is fresh and hot because they only do on order slip at a time! Too bad there isn't an option for 10 out of 5! Parking: Not many parking spaces but there's bot many seats in the restaurant!

I love this place! It has that old diner charm to it. So if your nose is a little high in the air about classic diners and diner food I would not recommend this place but if you like reminiscing in the good ol’ days surrounded by good people and good food served by some hard working people just trying to make a living in this crazy world…… please go, you won’t be disappointed!
I was in New Brunswick for work and a co worker recommended I try this diner. The food is cooked right on front with an open kitchen. Lots of space inside. The diner reminds me of Hollywood inland diners. Would definitely recommended it to anyone who visits Fredricton. I'm inclined to say the chef, waitress and the staff are also owners. Great eat.
great place to eat . Weird location but that's what perk your interest definitely an older place. The 2 of them behind the counter were fast efficient yet calm and great to talk with.
Great portion sizes, super nice owners, and the smell is fantastic!! Totally took me by surprise but if you're looking for a homie diner where the food is prepared in front of you, look no further
Wow! I came back to Fredericton to visit family and friends, and always miss my Fav Korean places in Ottawa. But, that changed today. Yes, Joes diner has great Korean Bibimbap. Home cooked perfection, if my home was Korea. Such a great find in small town Fredericton. Several months later and tried the pork bibimbap. Loved it. Back again and found a new menu item... pork cutlet. Very nice! I uploaded a photo.
Great food as well as the price. The options are good. It also offers some Korean food if you like. The steak and egg was delicious with good portion. Everything was cooked to your preference. There are parking spots beside the restaurant. Note that road side parking along the restaurant is prohibited. I will come back for sure.
