Do not know what has happened to this business after being a happy customer totaling over 15 years insuring house, cars, boats etc.  I have now had the worst experience. Information being lost,  They now have my wrong address in system so bills get sent wrong address, used to receive email/phone notifications no longer.  Now my insurance lapsed. My last  phone calls came with a promise of a follow up service call by office staff they never happened.  I am currently waiting over a week and still no quotes.  
I was actually told today I should look else where to get better service by a member of Joe's staff.

All I can say is, when you call them, they are very friendly and to the point, not to mention very helpful.

Staff are welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. Best value compared to other companies, and compared with other State Farm agencies; their customer service is what really sets them above the rest.
