Food was delicious but service was absolutely terrible. Whole time was there never had anyone come to ask us if we would like a refill on drinks. A couple who walked in ended up leaving after 20mins of sitting and nobody coming to serve them. Another table beside us even had to walk up and get there own drinks. I know it was busy tonight but the staff sure didn't care to pick up their speed at all.
Great experience for pub food. GF menu for the wife was inviting and turned out excellent! Good value too. Dietary restrictions: GF menu online and above average GF buns
First ever visit and the place for not disappoint! Although the beaver dam poutine classic was a neat presentation I would opt for the traditional loose fries on my next visit solely based on personal preference. Server was friendly and attentive.
Incredible poutines. Haven't tried the rest yet, but would go back for a poutine anyday. Great friendly staff. Bacon lovers poutine was perfect Kid-friendliness: Huge portion, my kid loved her extra cheesy macaroni
First time here today for lunch - everything was really good and fresh as we were the only ones there just after 1pm Pros: - Good food, nice sports-bar atmosphere, server was friendly and very helpful. Wings really good. Cons: - burger very greasy, some side items also greasy and not crispy, and very overpriced. Not worth what we paid for. Parking: Large lot, strip mall
Our server was very nice but only stopped to check in on us once in the hour and 20 minutes that we were there. Drinks were extremely watered down and both of our steak meals came out burnt after an hour wait. For 2 adult and 1 kids meal we spent $70 which was way over priced the the quality we received. Will not be going back again.
My family stopped in for lunch last weekend. The food was great, highly recommend the burgers. Nothing tastes, quite like a freshly made smash burger. The service was also great and friendly.
Has the atmosphere of a typical sports pub. Big booths are great for eating with friends. We ordered chicken lettuce wraps which came with a pile of noodles. They were alright, but the noodles on their own were terrible. They had an off flavour and mouthfeel. To their credit, if you put the noodles on the lettuce wraps they worked. We also ordered bruschetta, which came on slightly soggy baguette, and not a lot of tomato topping. However, it did have an enjoyable spicy zing and we liked the baked cheese. Portions here are large, so start by ordering a small amount and just get more later. It might have been a better experience if we had gone for their more “over-the-top” pub food like burgers with perogy on top or Mac and Cheese sticks. Washrooms are clean, but both men’s and women’s had a faint, somewhat off-putting odour of sewage.
The staff were amazing and the food and beer was great! Only sad because they removed plain hot wings from the menu. Hopefully they bring them back!
We like Joe Beeverz and have visited several locations. The food was very good in Yorkton, but the service was definitely lacking. We were the only people in the establishment and it seemed like we were bothering our server, Hailey. Too bad. Not sure we will visit again.
