I found this restaurant near Bathurst station while waiting for the completion of the change oil of my car. It’s a small place but the ambiance is great and the toast they prepare is special. It’s a Korean style toast and the taste is out of this world. It’s so delicious. The customer service is second to none. I’ll definitely come back and try all their toasts. Highly recommended.
Lovely service, amazing food ! Everything is made fresh so it takes about 5 mins for your order but it’s well worth it. I got the kimchi egg sandwich it was amazing. Perfect flavour combination of savoury, salty with a hint of sweet. The packaging makes the sandwich super easy to eat and keeps everything held together. I ate in, there’s a few small tables. The manager came by to ask how was the first bite, which was so cute and sweet. It was incredible! I live for egg sandwiches so I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
Really good. The sandwiches are huge! I got the crab and double cheese both were great. I’m not even a big seafood fan but it was really good!! It is kind of sweet which I liked. The iced latte was really good as well. The bread is also so soft and homemade!
Was actually on the way to another place for brunch, and we decided to stop by and try it out. Absolutely delicious. I had the snow kimchi, sweet and spicy. My sister had the ham and cheese which was also very good. These sandwiches are meals; they are very filling for a great price. Iced coffee to finish, great experience. Has spots to eat outside.
So good and so filling! JJIN toast is the perfect brunch spot, and is also a great place to try Korean street food. I got the wasa mayo toast and double cheese & bacon toast, which were so delicious and were made right in front of you - so you know it’s fresh! The staff was also so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back!
This is my first time at this restaurant. Turning out the toast is very delicious and we love it. The is smell very good, staff is friendly and the Korean Street Toast style is amazing. Will come back again for sure. We ordered number 3 on the menu. It is little sweet taste combine with creamy, sour, and meats + eggs to bring out an interesting flavor Must try :
The workers inside the restaurant were super fantastic and patient! It was cool to see all these unique flavors come together! I didn't actually have the sandwich until 2 hours later and it was still absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend this!
Great for a quick bite and a warm up meal on a cold day. These sandwiches are PACKED with quality ingredients that taste AMAZING! Extremely affordable, so definitely a bang for your buck. If I could have their sandwiches every day for breakfast, I wouldn’t even hesitate to say YES! If i could give 10 stars, I’d definitely give ‘em that!
I keep seeing this place as I head to the subway station near Bathurst and never went in . Glad I went in! I love Korean Toast , as it has a savoury yet sweet taste compared to other sandwiches. I had the wasa mayo toast and it was great. The staff working there are very kind and served me and my friend. Super cute store front as well!
Affordable and way more filling than it looks! The bread is definitely the best part—so soft, buttered and toasted on the griddle to perfection, with a hint of sweet flavour. Even the crust is delicious! I tried the wasamayo $10 after tax and snow kimchi $11. The wasamayo had a hint of wasabi not too overpowering and was stuffed with crab meat filling and cabbage. It’s a bit heavy so it paired very well with the pickles—I would prefer more of them! The egg layer is very thick with a bit of corn, but not much flavour. Snow kimchi was not as special but the flavours were balanced, again, the egg layer again could be more savoury. Small yet clean interior, friendly staff, and tasty sandwiches made to order! Will definitely return.
