JJ is my favourite place to go and worth the drive! Great price to get in and it's such a relaxing experience every time. Respectful and friendly staff and clean amenteties. The men's section has a hot tub, steam room and sauna. Once you go to the Co-ed area there are some comfy couches to sit on, lay, or even read a book! The ambience and spa music really make you zone out in the best way possible. The extra rooms are amazing and enjoy the health benefits of these.
Love my time here! The facility is well maintained and the staff are very kind. I like to come here every once in a while to refresh myself and for a soothing healing experience! Great relaxing experience and awesome hot tubs, and saunas.
Had an hour massage with Gary. Enjoyed every minute. My shoulder and lower back were so stiff when I came to him. But Gary masters the skills. The massage was very relaxing. All the tensions on my shoulder and back were gone. Definitely coming back.
We visited this SPA yesterday 5 October. I noticed that the price of admission has increased to $25. We understand that your cost is going up and that's all right. But we also hope that the service will be fairly good. It wasn't. 1. Salt room - it was wet and cold, seems to be broken. Salt clamped together and became a hard surface. Because it is cold, the water does not dry. It is very unpleasant to lay down on a cold, wet and hard surface. Very easy to get sick after dry and wet sauna 2. Water pool - the water in the pool with jet streams was visually not clean even when jets were not running. Update: We visited JJ Family Spa few days ago and they fixed the issue with salt room and water pool. Good job guys !
All the luxury, all the amenities, none of the cold pretention. The people both in the spa and running it were lovely and respectful. Incredible value for the price. I will be enthusiastically returning :

I love this Korean spa. I go here all the time, very clean, relaxing, friendly staff, and Cindy gives the best scrubs and massages.
Did an hour lymphatic massage and it was amazing. The staff was very courteous. The rooms were all clean and facilities is well maintained.
I absolutely LOVE this place. The services are amazing and reasonably priced - Jane is fantastic with Accupressure massage which I can claim against my acupuncture insurance coverage. I've also tried the aqua facial and it was fantastic - made me feel super refreshed & helped with my rosacea. They concentrate on your whole face & neck, not just your skin, and it's a very relaxing experience. They have men's & ladies areas with hot tub, dry sauna, steam sauna, cold bath & showers, plus co-ed health rooms like charcoal and salt. Access to this is often included with the services it will be noted on their pricing page. Fair warning, the private spa areas and change rooms are bathing suit optional. No cameras are allowed and everyone I've encountered has been very respectful, but it's good to have that forewarning in case it is something you are severely uncomfortable with. Lastly, all the staff I've met have been kind, friendly, gracious, and helpful. This place is a hidden gem, and I highly recommend everyone to give it a visit!
I had a fantastic massage with Kim, that included cupping and acupuncture which I tried for the first time. I felt incredible after, and very much enjoyed relaxing with a little cup of ginger tea after before going into the saunas. I’ve been to much larger bath houses that had a bit more variety in temperatures of tubs and saunas, but this has everything you’d need. The staff was really lovely, and you can’t beat the price!
