Despite Dr. Jivan’s expertise, her rude and obnoxious receptionist makes it difficult to continue to put the effort into driving a long way to her office. This person makes decisions on behalf of patients and disregards any rules for good sense and professional attitude and behaviour. Very sad.

Dr anca jivan is very knowledge and nice. But her reception is extremely rude. She not an understanding person. She is very harsh. She charged my friends credit card without permission.

Far better experience than my previous dentist, this is why i switched here. Thank you for the gentle work!
