I have continued to try and give this place "one more try" but I think I'm finally done. On multiple occasions I have shown up to grab my mobile order, well after it was supposed to be done, only to see the employees sitting around in a group just hanging out and talking. I have sat at the drive through window for over 5 minutes while they continued their social hour without even attempting to address my order or arrival...prompting me to park and walk in, forcing them to finally address me. I have had enough and will no longer be visiting this location until management decides to start caring about their customers.
I made a pick up order and my food was completely made incorrectly. And I am not nearby so when I got home of course, I didn’t want to drive back there. I thought it was very rude that the store did not want to help me out, compensate me or even say I could get it remade for the next day. They said I had to come back after a long day of work and finally getting home to get my order corrected. That’s poor customer service and I will not return.
Worst service ever! Worst food ever. The restaurant is almost as dirty as the dumpsters outside. Incorrect hours online. If you hate your jobs as much as you do... Maybe you should just stay home and not work in the fast food industry.
Amazing staff! I called & ordered 17 giant subs and they quickly accommodated me! Thank you Kwame & your team. High recommend!
I think it's funny how they ask "did you dine" and all these other pre-made questions. Cuz I went to the driver thru at 8PM and got nothing. And I was the only one in line. I thought maybe they were closed but there were people in there doing God knows what but I do know what they WEREN'T doing.... taking orders at the drive thru. Avoid this place at all costs.
This store and the one on Woodward in Bloomfield are owned by same person. Fast service ..ordered a catering box of 30 sandwiches and it was done within a hour!
The dine in lobby was closed during supposed open hours and there was no sig to let public know. There were a couple employees inside, but no one was working the drive through... and there was again no sign to let anyone know the drive through was closed too.
Would be nice if they tell you before you place an order on the app that the dining room is closed and you will have to wait in the drive thru line for an hour to pick up carry out that you ordered and paid for in advance.
Drive thru worker made it very obvious she didn't want to be there. She was beyond rude and talked over me. Not the first time. Left without ordering and will never go back to this one.
I Just went through the drive thru at this location and the costumer service was HORRIBLE. The chips tasted stale and my sandwich looked like it got thrown across the room
