Just change the slogan. I order JJ at least twice a week. I either get a warning that the delivery may take longer than expected, or it just takes 30-60 minutes to arrive. Can't imagine it's that hard to simply hire more drivers. I haven't experienced a sub so fast I'll freak in a LONG time.

I work from home now, tip fairly nice and live 1 mile down the road. Its been an hour from when I placed my order and I still haven't received my food.
Was not able to go in because I was not wearing a mask even though I medically can’t wear one at all. Not happy with this. This is a violation of the governors orders and HIPAA which is a $50,000 fine. Thanks again
This location makes the best #13 unwich. My wife and I love the unwich. Anytime we're out and about during lunch time we both get a #13 unwich. So far, the Brighton location is the best.
Bread was hard, honestly the grossest sandwich I ever had,the meats and veggies didn't even fit in the bread. It was like an old hard breadstick, I dont recommend at all.
They are fast and friendly. Good food for golf night!
What I really like about Jimmy John's is Every Sandwich I get tastes really fresh and the chips were really crisp
